Mighty Oak - Maldon Gold | 3.80 | Pale gold colour with thin white head. Sherberty floral hop aroma. Nice enough in mouth before sherberty distinctive hop kicks in. Very effervescent tingle on tongue lasts forever. Sweetish sherbert, but really good golden beer. | |

The pub is found in Great Dunmow, Essex, CM6 1AG.
Bar in a hotel popular with overnight stays for travellers from Stansted airport. Old building with lots of exposed wood beams and smooth rooms. Bar area has been modernised with stripped pale wood in evidence and cream walls. Three handpumps on with Greene King beer always available.
We have visited this pub once, seen 3 different beers and tried 1 of them.
