My first visit here, much more spacious than I’d expected. A few custumers in at lunchtime. Reminded me of a Berni Inn of the 1980s in its decor - but with Sky sports TV.

Large detached house set back from the main road into town in Canterbury Road. Claims to be the oldest surviving pub in Whitstable. Oak beamed interior - open plan, L shaped bar area with an extension to the rear leading onto a decent sized garden.

We have visited this pub once, seen 3 different beers and tried 1 of them.
