A brief lunchtime visit. The front bar is a bit of a pram park at this time – if I was staying longer I’d be looking for a dark corner at the back somewhere.

Mid afternoon 3rd pub on our Walthamstow crawl. Busy around the bar area. A mix of comfy leather sofas and wooden tables we sat by the window and watched the busy world pass by.

Busy large thriving corner pub with an excellent choice of beers on. I don't think the gastropub ethos has reached this corner of London yet so make the most of it while you can.
