After great concert by Squeeze, the elephant hadn't replaced any beers despite it being empty with plenty of staff. Plastic still being used as glasses.

Security everywhere. I was given 4 vip tickets for Squeeze so me and lynne accepted them. Pub only sold beer in plastic cups with giant heads. Too busy.Beers kept going off and not replaced.

Packed pub on a Saturday afternoon and hard to get a seat. All beers at £1.99 and all 4 guests local.

After checking the app and finding a bunch of uninspiring beers we decided to go in anyway. And found two lovely surprises.

The pub is found in Margate, Kent, CT9 1XJ.
Typical Wetherspoon's, on the sea front, although at one time was a Lloyds No.1 Bar at the weekend thus got pretty busy and had music playing loudly at the weekend. Since early 2013 the formerly dance floor partitioned off area for weekend music has been converted to carpeted bar seating to make this Wetherspoon traditional through and through. 10 handpumps in 2 banks of 5.
