Poor selection of beers and only a couple of gloombar and Abbott in the cellar so no price reductions here. Meal b4 lockdown on a gloomy Monday

Not many guests here these days. Here for a pint after a funeral and no real ale in another pub.
Banks's - Ringwood Fortyniner | 4.90 | | I havent had a great pint of this in a spoons pub for a while. But this wasnt too bad, but some way to get back to Ringwoods finest. |

13 Jun 2019 (Dosser)
Half a mill refit and reopened with a disappointing selection of beers. Loads of new seats and tables to pack in the punters who want to eat.
Greene King - Abbot | 5.00 | | Not too bad |
Exmoor - Gold | 4.50 | | Most uninspiring and tired |
06 Mar 2019 (Magnus Greel)
Mid afternoon fairly busy with the stereotypical Spoonites associated with such venues including the pushchair brigade with their screaming accessories. Our group had finished a round of crazy golf early so decided to pop in here until the real pubs opened. I've only listed the non National Blands..
Brains - Bread of Heaven | 4.00 | | Does what it says on the tin - alas on the tired side and a struggle to finish. |
Whitstable - Cockle Warmer | 4.70 | | Sharp acetic twang to this, luckily only a taster |
