The pub is found in Oban, Argyll and Bute, PA34 4LW.
New build Wetherspoon's on the old railway pier opposite the station. Impressive interior but the standard furniture. The name comes from a nearby gulf famous for whirlpools.
We have visited this pub 3 times, seen 14 different beers and tried 5 of them.
