Busy for early afternoon as decidedly stormy on the outside with giant waves crashing over harbour quay. Warm welcome and managed to get a bar stool.

Mid-afternoon visit and busy but a table to be had for our party of 3. Thankfully sunny weather and so most visitors were on the beach opposite.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Ramsgate Brewery (Gadds') - No. 54.40ExcellentGadds at its best and a regular ale here. Fresh bitter aftertaste and lovely frothy head for this best bitter with malt and red berry flavouring.

Lynne wanted to come here for her birthday so why not. 4 beers on at £4.80 a pint. Had a folk come sea shanty band on and no seating due to the crowd. Very enjoyable.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Adnams - Ghost Ship4.50AcceptableOk but lost its sparkle quickly.
Sharp's - Solar Wave4.60AcceptableTasted great, smelt great...15 mins later lost it all. Still, guess if I drank it quickly....lol

Came for a dinner of fish so we sat upstairs in the restaurant. The food was okay. I would love to say that it was excellent but it was just okay. The beer on the other hand was excellent.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Ramsgate Brewery (Gadds') - No. 54.40ExcellentTop draw stuff for a Gadds beer that's not one of my preferred pints.

Mid evening visit. An Irish fiddling group were in full swing. Seaside as it should be with a damp close sea mist making visibility very short indeed. Apparently been like it for some days now.
