My first visit to this 2010 gbg entry, which has now been in the guide 11 times. Followed fellow scribe Pedro and others on the easy 15 minute walk from Beltring station. The attraction today was there annual beer festival with over 30 ales on stillage in an outbuilding. All bar one I sampled were served in tip top condition and good temperature as well. Sat in the sun drenched garden with many locals in attendance. Good food menu. £3.40 per pint all ales but nothing over 5.0%. A top pub?
