They were having a mini beer festival tonight. Only polite to come and see what they've got. Nice friendly atmosphere as always.

1648 - Saint George English Ale | 4.50 | | In a blind tasting I would have sworn this was Incubus. Obviously that's not a bad thing as Incubus is lovely. Really malty with a biscuity flavour as well. |

Lot's of people eating, but very few drinking which I found quite odd. Still top notch though.

Very busy in here, which makes a great change. I really like this pub.

Got here around nine and it had a great buzzing atmosphere. Normally this place is very quiet but it was great tonight.

Came for a get together with the other volunteers at the beer festival. I really like this pub, unfortunately not many others seem to as it's always really quiet.

Busy with people eating, drinking and playing pool. A brightly lit pub with plenty of seating and although it was busy it felt relaxed. Good pub.
