15:00 Mini beer festival. We came after attending a WI produce show in the Village Hall. Lovely sunny day overlooking the village green. England at its best.

16:00 Beer festival at the pub. The festival was in a marquee on the green opposite with an accompanying funfair and live music. Excellent atmosphere with a real mix of people. Families, twenty some things and bikers. Twenty five beers at the start but less when I turned up.

20:45 After three pints of Adnams I fancied a better beer so I came here. Surprisingly my first beer was an Adnams. Football on the big screen fairly busy.

17:30 Mini beer festival with 5 on the pumps and 2 on gravity. We took one of our friends from the London Tavern. Steady trade until 19:30 when the pub suddenly became very busy.

The pub is found in Old Buckenham, Norfolk, NR17 1RN.
Single bar pub overlooking the village green. Supposedly the largest village green in England. Front part has old photographs and is aimed at the village drinker. The rear has a large screen TV showing sport and also hosts live music.
