I liked this place and will certainly come back. More of interest for me than Andrew with a fair few interesting beers on keykeg/keg/

The first non-micro pub on our tour. Had a London feel to it ironically (or maybe not ironically). Nice pub whose staff tolerated us asking nerdy questions about their beer.

Evening. Not as remote as I thought - very near Cecil Square and bus routes. Much smarter and larger than I had imagined for a reborn street corner local.

Afternoon visit in the rain. Wonderfully done up pub. Lots of classic features. I think this place is trying to attract a different sort of crowd to Carls other pub. £3.50 a pint over 5% though.
