18:00 Bustling. My usual drinking chums were there and we discussed a new brewpub and bar in Ipswich. Beer choice more restricted tonight after a busy weekend. Lots of beer being delivered this week.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Fulstow (Fugelestou Ales) - Styrian Blonde4.00ExcellentDoes what it says on the tin. Pumpclip features buxom German barmaids.
Elgood's - Cambridge Bitter3.80GoodToo malty for an English bitter.
27 May 2013 (HSB)
Bank Holiday Monday lunchtime. Unusually quiet.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Harwich Town - Phoenix APA5.00ExceptionalTremendous beer. Malt and hops to the fore.
Tipple's - Sun Down3.90ExcellentMalty and full of taste. Subtle hop note.
Elmtree - Thirst For Victory4.00GoodBit thin for a 4% beer. That said reasonably tasty.

Great Heck - Voodoo Mild4.30ExcellentVery flavoursome.
Neath - Warbow4.50AcceptableNot a lot of flavour.
04 May 2013 (HSB)

Milestone - Olde English Ale4.90GoodBit sweet for me.
Box Steam - Steam Porter4.40AcceptablePoor example of a porter, thin and lacking flavour. Surprising given the normal quality of beers from this brewery.
Blakemere (see also Northern) - Ginger Hop4.10Not Tried
