Very busy.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Cromarty - Ghost Town5.80GoodLess balanced than on Thursday with a prominent coffeee flavour.
Stewart - Edinburgh No. 34.30PoorWell that was a mistake. Nothing wrong with the brew or the serve but I'd forgotten how much I disliked dark malt laden beers; think Youngers No.3.

Good beer choice, fast and friendly service.
BeerABVScoreNotes

Good to see some interesting beers. Just missed BBF Seven and Firebrick IPA.

Jaw Brew - Drift4.60AcceptableGolden ale which didn't know if it was premium bitter or something more modern. Muddled.

Last day of the folkfestival so a great atmosphere in the pubs and along the harbour wall. Impromptu music sessions to enjoy.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Siren Craft - Under Current4.50GoodSolid hoppy pale ale.

Pleasant mid evening. Good service.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Fallen - Citra Odyssey4.10GoodPale blonde, lightly hopped and very refreshing.

Yet another poor cask selection. Multiple CAMRA POTY!
BeerABVScoreNotes
Swannay (formerly Highland) - Muckle IPA6.60GoodLittle subtlety and no attempt to mask its strength in this West Coast IPA. A welcome departure for Highland, none the less. Keg and £6.20 a pint.
