Great chat about politics, UKIP and the pluses (not many it seems) and minuses of living in Margate. Landlord very knowledgeable about real ale punters. Knew all about sleepy Peter Burstow and said he wouldn't have a chance of falling asleep in his pub!

Lunchtime visit and most enjoyable with all customers engaging in conversation. I gave Colin a copy of the latest edition of Pint in Hand and he was delighted to see his pub on the front cover.
