Mid evening on a cold March day. I sat in the public bar and wished that the monstrosity being built in the old Nuttery would go away.
Old Dairy (being contract brewed after it closed) - Spring Top | 4.00 |  | A really good Kentish Pale Ale. Peppery herbs: I could get to like this.On gravity. |
Adnams - Mosaic Pale Ale | 4.10 |  | Little condition. Interesting tropical fruits, but some disassociation between hop and malt. |

Hop Fuzz - Pacific Jade | 4.20 |  | An American Brown Ale, apparently.More amber:very bitter with initial pepper then aftertaste of greengages. Rather austere. On gravity dispense. |
