12:15 Met up with Norwich CAMRA for their inaugural weekday lunchtime crawl. The branch has had a monthly First Friday Five evening crawl for many years but this is not very convenient for those members living some way from the city. Obviously a good idea as there was a good turnout.

12:30 Pre theatre lunch. Norwich had a lunch time match so the pub was half empty. A remarkable difference to my last visit. Although not helped by the central part of the pub being off-limits with water dripping through the light fittings in the area between the bars.

19:30 Evening meal after enjoying the annual carol service at the nearby cathedral. The pub was surprisingly quiet, most other pubs and bars we passed were wedged.
