Thornbridge / Thornbridge Hall - Brian Turner Amber Ale | 4.20 | The first of several beers to be commisioned by chef Brian Turner from Thornbridge Brewery. This is a crisp and hoppy dark golden, rather than amber, ale with a good hoppy and citrus character. My score 15/20. |

The pub is found in Leicester Square, Central London, WC2H 7AX.
Busy traditional corner pub in Bear Street on the tourist trail very near to Leicester Square. Re-built in 1878 and was one of the smallest in the area until extended into an adjacent shop in 1997, giving it two distinct areas on separate levels. Downstairs toilets. Upstairs dining room. 6 handpumps downstairs and 3 in the dining room, the latter rarely all in use at the same time.
We have visited this pub twice, seen 7 different beers and tried 2 of them.
