Late-evening visit and this huge pub is very busy indeed. We squeeze on to the end of a table for a quick nightcap.

Bank Holiday Monday afternoon. We enjoyed good service and some excellent beers. Plenty of people eating what appeared to be very good food. The staff took time to talk to us about beers, and this is certainly a pub that I would like to return to. In addition to the beers listed there was Brunning and Price Original which I think is brewed by Phoenix.
