Came for lunch. First time I've ever been in this pub and it was lovely. The landlord was very friendly and helpful and the beer was excellent. Really good pub.

Pub seemed quite quiet when we arrived at 1pm on a Sunday. It quickly filled up with diners for the carvery and we we lucky to get a small table for two amongst the sofas.

The pub is found in Petham, Kent, CT4 5PW.

Large pub on the old Roman Road of Stone Street. Bar area with sofas with dining areas to the rear. There is also a small room with a pool table. Closed mid 2019 and up for sale. Reported re-opened spring 2022. Closed Saturday 23rd March 2024 with Facebook page saying licensees being forced out for reasons unspecified.

We have visited this pub 5 times, seen 11 different beers and tried 6 of them.
