We came in, had a pint and left - not drinking much of the pint. The beer was fine but it wasn't as good as the Plough's Nottingham Brewery range so we headed back there instead. Still, this is a nice pub with a good range of the Blue Monkey beers.

My first visit here. By now our group has grown to around 30-strong. All would have been at the football rather than in here were it not for the rain. The pub is anyway crowded, and very hot from the blazing, wood-burning stove. I’d like to come back at a quieter and more relaxing time.

Came on a journey of discovery with Cam to the brewery tap of Blue Monkey. Spent all afternoon in here and tried all their beers. Nice pub with a relaxed feel and good beer.
