My first visit to this rather large pub almost opposite Reading railway station, this was mid afternoon on a Friday but not too busy.

Very relaxed atmosphere on a Saturday afternoon. Football fans are not welcomed here.

The pub is found in Reading, Berkshire, RG1 1PZ.
Very close to the railway station, was once a Firkin pub, now revamped as a food, wine and ale orientated pub with bare boards, open kitchen and a mix of sofas and tables and chairs. Three real ale pumps which seem to be from M&B's Nicholson's list.
