Second of Ashford's finest, a few folk in already in situ by the TV ready for the game. Despite my previous and present glowing review it's good to see these pubs still going in this town.

Well I see that Chris E gets in here a bit so it must be worth a visit. Just after 2 - a few drinkers enjoying themselves. Friendly chat with the barmaid. It appears to be a good honest boozer but another with limited ale choice.

Thursday evening and some very welcome rain was starting to cool things down after a very hot day. A good crowd in here tonight, I had a good chat with one of the regulars about the GBBF.
