The pub is found in Minnis Bay, Kent, CT7 9NS.

An interesting commercial development as a part time pub. Located in a small parade of shops on Minnis Road on the way from Birchington-on-Sea to Minnis Bay, Café Bee transforms into Ash's Ale House on (at May 2013) Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 5 to 9ish. A brisk 10 minute walk from Birchington-on-Sea railway station and with a limited bus service passing outside. Café tables and chairs and bench seats. Real ale is sold from casks by gravity from a glass fronted cooled cabinet in the corner behind the counter. May also open on Bank Holiday Sundays - phone 01843 841180 for confirmations. Downstairs basement unisex toilet. NO LONGER SELLS REAL ALE. Re-named Curiously Kentish, a deli and evening bistro, that too now closed.

We have visited this pub once, seen 2 different beers and tried both.
