Not too busy, but then it's a big pub so hides people well. Lots of staff on so fast service.

Mid afternoon cycle on the hottest day of the year so far. Only one in. Glad that they are opening all day. Bit of a breeze inside. Table service for C19 compliance.

Ramsgate Brewery (Gadds') - No. 54.40GoodThe beer was lovely with a good head - but a bit warm and I had to ask for a top up. Otherwise it would have been Ex rated!

Mid afternoon- late diners just finishing, one chap working on his laptop in the drinking bar.

Romney Marsh - American Pale Ale5.00AcceptableThis was a very tasty beer somewhat spoiled by being warm and rathe flat. Either end of barrel or more likely in the pipes for a while.

Late afternoon - a few drinkers in. Landlord pleased that his wake related trade had picked up after a slow August. I can’t help feeling that it’s not the way to develop regular business.

Saturday evening - here to catch up with some old friends over a few pints. Restaurant quite busy, drinkers bar less so but we got the comfy seats.
