| Shepherd Neame - Whitstable Bay Pale Ale | 3.90 | ![]() | Good head and lacing and lasting on this Faversham-brewed pale ale. A lightly hopped first hit. A hoppy fruitiness rising with floral and pine notes bobbing up aided by its aromatic Challenger lending it pine and citrus notes, and Slovenian Styrian Goldings hops adding spicy, floral and earthy touches. A fruity hoppiness sailing out with hints of grapefruit. A lingering bitterness aided by its sweet maltiness prevailing. |

The pub is found in Tonbridge, Kent, TN9 2RT.
Located in Quarry Hill on the way out of town westwards. It is at the end of a terrace of houses and shops. A local with one large open plan floor (right hand is a heavy tiled floor and left hand is bare wooden boards) with an L-shaped bar counter equipped with 2 sets of 3 handpumps. Popular with the sporting fraternity. Function room upstairs.
We have visited this pub twice, seen 2 different beers and tried both.
