The pub is found in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG5 2EF.
Formerly a two bar pub this was the first pub that I remember being knocked into one large room in the nineteen seventies. One of the first real ale outlets in Hitchin it still offers a choice of beers but the emphasis is now more on food.
We have visited this pub once, seen 4 different beers and tried 2 of them.
