Refurbished inside however retains a calm cosy and relaxing atmosphere with soft lighting and furnishings.

What a splendid village Parbold is. A nice relaxing atmosphere in here tonight.

An amazing selection of ales in what I remember as a Greenall Whitley pub with electric pumps. It has completely changed since those days. I had a chat with some of the customers who told me that the landlord is in the process of installing his own brewery in an off site location.

Saturday evening and packed with diners and drinkers but unfortunately there did not seem to be much room available for drinkers so I only stopped for one drink.

I had not been here for many years when it had electric pumps, now a very comfortable free house and a nice place to finish my tour of Parbold.
