The pub is found in Dudley, West Midlands, DY1 1QT.
One of a small number of Daniel Batham pubs - this is at the very south end of the High Street just down from the brow of the hill. Large front bar and a cosier rear bar. Also has a function room and accommodation lettings. There is also an outside yard for fairweather drinking. 4 handpumps in the front public bar and 2 in the rear saloon. Traditional Black Country drinking haunt.
We have visited this pub once, seen 2 different beers and tried 1 of them.
