Sat in the garden, which was lovely. I came on the hope for a good pint of Westerham beer.
Westerham - Grasshopper Kentish Bitter | 3.80 | | Now I don't mind paying £3.20 a pint if it's kept brilliantly, but this was poor and I found myself pouring the rest of it away as I returned to the bar. Shame as I like this pub, but this didn't make a good impression beer-wise |
Shepherd Neame - Master Brew Bitter | 3.70 | Not Tried
Old Dairy (being contract brewed after it closed) - Red Top | 3.80 | Not Tried | At £3.50 a pint!!!!!!!! |

Not quite as full as last week in the restaurant area but nonetheless it was very busy when my wife and I and 2 friends went for our lunchtime meal which was most enjoyable and well priced. The bar area seemed well patronised as well.
Loddon - Gorgeous George | 4.30 | | A distinctive flavoured ale. |

Very busy restaurant this Sunday lunchtime possibly helped by the fact that Sunday roasts were at a very reduced price. Most tasty meal. Friendly reception behind the bar and from the rest of the staff.
Westerham - British Bulldog "BB" (was 4.3%) | 4.10 | | Good distinctive flavour |

Came early evening for a meal. The pub has been updated a bit since I was last here (...but that was years ago). There's a public bar and a restraunt with a kind of restaurant waiting area inbetween. Friendly service and the food was good.
Banks's - Young's London Original (was Bitter) - previously brewed in Bedford and at Wychwood | 3.70 | | This was really good. Fresh with a sweet malt and well ballanced hop flavour. Even my dad liked it. |
Shepherd Neame - Master Brew Bitter | 3.70 | Not Tried
Wadworth - 6X | 4.10 | Not Tried

Lovely pub at the foot of the hills below Pluckley and Egerton. Restaurant to the left and public bar to the right. Central bars service both areas. There is also a large garden with plenty of seating. Public bar has a real fire and a pool table and dart board in a separate room. Large screen TV in one corner but that does not dominate this low lit very nice bar. Reasonably busy on a Wednesday night with 3 beers on
Robinsons - Old Stockport | 3.40 | | Copper colour with lastin gwhite head. Nice bitter hops, bit watery in mouth with hoppy dry finish, slightly yeasty |
Shepherd Neame - Master Brew Bitter | 3.70 | Not Tried
Wadworth - 6X | 4.10 | Not Tried
