Re opened with real ale after a few years. 3 ales on, £4.50 for Abbot and £4.15 for landlord. Big fire on cold afternoon. Heard conk and nautical ales will be back for drinkers soon.

Only one handpump and no beer on. Looks like I will be giving this place a miss.

Evening. Right by the bus stop so I wandered to see if any real ale on. Could see a single handpump but no clip so continued elsewhere.

Detached pub on Vale Road, convenient for local bus routes. Community local with strong darts following. No real ale at March 2015. Re-opened in December 2023 with some real ale on handpumps.
