20 minutes to pour a pint with 2 inch head. £5.30 a pint. Toilet had no water. Wow.
Hogs Back - Spirit in the Sty | 4.50 | | Lacked condition and a 20 min pull spoilt a mango beer that may be ok at some point. |

My final stop on a tour of Eastbourne, I am pleased to say that every one of the pubs appeared to be fully Covid compliant. Friendly and attentive staff here. I may not have listed all the beers available as I was not sitting in full view of the bar.

Needed sustenance after my 71 mile ride to Eastbourne- Music, TVs (on silent), pool, sausage dish billed as the “dogs bollocks” as the special of the month - friendly barmaid. Cosy feel - I liked it. Cosy feel - I liked it - at least while I ate.

Late afternoon and fairly busy with a mix of old folk in the main bar and a younger crowd around the pool table and Sky Sports screen.

First stop on our Eastbourne crawl. Tried several bars but the beers on offer were not what we were looking for.ie. Greene King and national beers.
Harvey's - Sussex Best Bitter | 4.00 | | £3.55 a pint but Angie was most upset to pay £2.15 for a half. This outrageous price was not advertised. |
Arundel - Stronghold | 4.70 | | Tired |
22 Apr 2018 (Dosser)
One of the few pubs that I found in Eastbourne that had some more unusual beers on sale. Good value as well.

Franklins - North Shore IPA | 5.50 | | Nice flavours and 3.40 a pint |
17 Jan 2018 (Magnus Greel)
Mid afternoon a few drinkers dotted about the pub. A couple of tv screens muted allowing for the softly playing blues style background music creating a relaxed atmosphere.
Harvey's - Sussex Best Bitter | 4.00 | | In good condition but lacking the usual bite. |
East London (ELB) - Truman's Zephyr | 4.40 | | Full of flavour alas on the tired side but pleasant enough. |

Long Man - Best Bitter | 4.00 | Not Tried | |
