The pub is found in Workington, Cumbria, CA14 2NA.
Former cinema located in town centre and very close to the bus station. The signs for Oxford Picture Theatre can still be seen outside. The cinema opened in the early 1920s and had 1100 seats, it closed in the 1970s and became the Rendezvous discotheque and the Bull and Bush theme pub. It reopened as a cinema after fire damaged the Rendezvous night club but finally closed as a cinema in 2001. It was purchased by Wetherspoon's and opened as the Henry Bessemer in December of that year.
We have visited this pub once, seen 2 different beers and tried both.
