A rainy Saturday lunchtime.A good scattering of customers inside and out.Welcoming.Two ciders on handpump.We debated the development of the gas supply in Victorian England.

Once famously the most easterly King and Barnes pub, now thankfully Badger-free. Weatherboarded and tile hung, built on the side of a hill, the pub makes use of the varying levels.
