I’m staying here overnight and heavy snowfall means we are disinclined to go anywhere else this evening. A good beer range, but unfortunately they are unable to squeeze us in anywhere to eat.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Inveralmond - Ossian's Ale4.10ExcellentA well-balanced golden beer with some nice hop flavours. Quite dry.
Broughton - Hopopotamus3.80GoodPale and bitter and dry. For a Scottish beer, it is abounding in hop flavours.
Orkney (Sinclair) - Red MacGregor4.00AcceptableNot my favourite beer style, with toffee dominating over fruit flavours.
Kelburn - Jaguar4.50AcceptableA slightly sweet, middle-of-the-road Golden Ale.
