Open for outside drinking on the green and take out. This is the only micro pub In the area and deserves to do well as sells the best selection of craft beers in the area. No Doom Bar or any other national beers served here.

Micropub in High Street that, guess what, was previously a launderette. Opened July 2017 and is equipped with four handpumps. The Wash House closed on 1st January 2026 as the owners wished to retire from the trade. Open again from early April 2026.
We have visited this pub twice, seen 4 different beers and tried 2 of them.
