Typical micropub with a large enough adjoining room to accomodate most of our group. Friendly welcome and a decent beer range as expected for this genre.

The pub is found in Old Colwyn, Conwy, LL29 9PL.

New micro pub opened on Friday 14th September 2018 in a combined former tattoo parlour and butcher's shop, with hops draped across the ceiling. The main entrance leads into the bar, with three tables created from old sewing machines, in what was originally a ladies' clothes shop and later a tattoo parlour. A short passage leads to the lounge area in the former next door butcher's shop, a few original glazed tiles have been left in the corner of the front window, which is furnished with a mixture of leather sofas and stools. On the bar wall is displayed an interesting set of photographs comparing the present street scene with a century ago. Loyalty cards are available for regular drinkers.

We have visited this pub once, seen 5 different beers and tried 1 of them.
