Harvey's - Sussex Best Bitter | 4.00 | Good head and lacing. A sweet mouthfeel with a lingering bitterness. I hope it was the Sussex Best as it was not pulled from the pump so marked but rather from one of the other two pumps further down the bar marked Doom Bar and London Pride. I did query this and the barmaid said there was a spare pump with Sussex Best down that end but which I could not see when I went down that end to then have a look. Typical London prices at £5.60 a pint but I only had a half. Have eaten there on a couple of earlier visits some 5 years ago and good as I recall. | |

The pub is found in Chislehurst, Greater London, BR7 6PL.
The pub on Old Perry Street has a focus on food but casual drinkers are also welcome. Close to an entrance to Scadbury Park so is popular with walkers.
We have visited this pub once, seen 3 different beers and tried 1 of them.
