Before meeting up with the Ratebeerians, I came here. Monday lunchtime with a few locals in. Food looked good. There was a meeting up of people going to the funeral of one of the bonfire organisers and they were dressed in the yellow and black hooped shirts and neckerchiefs of the society.

Large single building just north of the castle, down the Castle Banks. Central bar serves a couple of rooms, with a pool table in one. Wood floors and gerneral pub paraphenalia on the walls.
