Ian | | 15 Aug 2009 | Cellar run. Finally starting to get this beer. Once it was decanted to get some carbonation out of it, the solid malts underlying the hops really worked, extra body from the alcohol too. |
Dubbel | | 03 Aug 2009 | This was delicious. Shiny bright gold, aggressive hops, a greater complexity than its little sibling and a really tasty spicy edge. |

Blair | | 05 Apr 2008 | This beer is outstanding, floral and grassy with a lovely hoppy flavour. |
Blair | | 29 Mar 2008 | My mate had this and I had a sipette. Not marked up on the board but he had some lying out back apparently. Absolutely gorgeous, I wish this was easier to find. |

Ian | | 07 Aug 2007 | Gold, lasting white head. Little bit of dull stale hay on aroma. Then more citrusy hop. Very good in mouth, full, little bit of syrup, but in a good way. Great hop finish. A brilliant strong English golden beer, but no way near as good as the regular Hophead. |
