| Ian | | 14 Jan 2006 | Brownish copper colour with lasting bubbly beige head. I’ve always liked Cotleigh beers and this is no exception. Good hop/malt mix on the aroma. Hops have some earthiness. Malts are juicy and full in mouth. Finish has drying hop and a bit of herb. Fruits are red berry, bit of pear and red apple. Excellent session beer. |

A West Country classic, well balanced light copper coloured bitter brewed using local malted barley and English whole hops. A subtle hop palate which blends with the sweetness of the malt, to give a beautiful and balanced bitter..
