Martin the MildmanGood19 Jun 2010 Fairly sweet with a caramel toffeeness almost bordering on diacetyl. A little hop bitterness just keeps the balance. My score 15/20.

IanAcceptable30 Nov 2008 I wanted to have this again, as the times I had it before, it was full of diacetyl. Still a little bit of butter, but good condition in mouth, good bitter hop. Drinkable golden bitter, just a bit too buttery still.

AndrewNot Tried19 Nov 2008 I wanted to see if this really is stuffed with diacetyl as Ian reckons but it went off as I reached the bar

IanNot Tried12 Nov 2008 I had a taster of this as I had it at the Humphrey Bean in Tonbridge on Sunday at it was full of diacetyl. This was still full of diacetyl so it must have been the whole brew that is infected unfortunately.

IanPoor09 Nov 2008 Gold, thin white head. Aroma of diacetyl. OK im mouth, creamy, then ok hop on finish, but just full of butterscotch. Oh dear. Diacetyl all over it. I'm guessing I will probably like it, if I can find a non diacetyl barrel some where. Pretty undrinkable for me.
