Imposing corner pub opposite the railway station in Station Road, making a pair with The GW Hotel on t'other corner. Open plan U shaped bar area with busy pool table to the left and some tables and chairs to the back right. 3 handpumps selling national real ales and usually one micro. Externally the building looks stone or stone-brick built.
