Evening visit to a rarely visited, by me, part of Gravesend. Excellent welcome and a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Guvnor.

Attractive country style pub in Shrubbery Road in the Windmill Hill area south of the town centre. Gardens at front and rear. 5 handpumps, 3 in the public bar and 2 in the saloon. An enthusiastic real ale haunt with occasional beer festivals.
We have visited this pub once, seen 4 different beers and tried 1 of them.
