Checked out the aussie after new owners took over. 3 ales on, all under £4.50 but ive seen several beers on at much higher prices. When we left at 6pm we left the pub empty.

Lunchtime and the usual jovial locals in this joy to behold proper pub. Great atmosphere with the sun streaming through the windows highlighting the dust particles in the air reminded me of the same effect thumping EPB seats when I was a child used to make!

Must be 20+ years since I regularly visited this pub with ChrisE (when it held the esteemed 'craze pub' recognition) and apart from an exterior repaint I couldn't determine any other changes. Good to see this pub thriving on a Monday lunchtime with friendly welcoming jovial locals.

The pub is found in Ramsgate, Kent, CT11 0BJ.
Formerly the Addington Arms, a busy pub on a small side road (Ashburnham Road) in the outskirts of Ramsgate centre. It was a beer shop as early as 1849, although the flint building is much older. The pub had the distinction of being the last beer house in Thanet, not being fully licensed until the 1960s.
We have visited this pub 46 times, seen 15 different beers and tried 11 of them.
