Pretty much the only place you can get a decent beer in Broadstairs. Still think the decor makes the place feel a little cold but it's not a bad place really.

Grabbed myself a pint in a plastic for my walk down to the centre of folk week. This place was worryingly quiet considering this is the busiest week of the year.

Was looking forward to a Gadds' beer but looks like they've had a change around. Not too many people in, after the money they've spent on the place you'd expect it to be a little busier...

My first visit since the refit and change of name. I'll admit I really wanted to hate this place but I ended up leaving a little impressed. The 21 year old landlady was very friendly and it was a surprisingly jovial comfortable place to have a pint. I'll be returning soon I reckon.
