BlairExcellent25 Mar 2011 Beer of the festival for me. Seems to be improving year by year and it's fantastic now. Hoppy and malty, just lovely really.

BlairExcellent17 Mar 2010 I liked this a lot more than last years version. Really hoppy with a little sweet malt in there.
BlairGood01 Apr 2009 This was the last pint out of the barrel so it might be a little inaccurate. A good beer, quite bitter and lager like. Plenty of hops going on. Yup it's good.

The Three Mariners, Hythe, Kent

IanAcceptable27 May 2010 Just a bit muddy I guess may have needed another half day settling, but very well made and good tasty flavours.

The Unicorn, Bekesbourne, Kent

BlairGood27 Mar 2010 Light slightly creamy with a really good hop bite to it.

Planet Thanet Easter Beer Festival 2009, Margate, Kent

IanAcceptable10 Apr 2009 Given how good the Dark version was and Blair's ratings, I was so excited about seeing this. Beautiful clear pale chestnut, lasting bubbly beige head. Some leafy hop on aroma, but not as hoppy as I expected. Good toffee in mouth and then really quite bitter on end. Not as good as the Dark. Hoppy on end, but more bitter than flavoursome.

The Horns Lodge, South Chailey, East Sussex

JeffnJoExcellent19 Mar 2009 Sweetish light to medium ale. Smooth flavours. Good finish. Best Gadd's I've tried.
