Visits Details
08 Apr 2025 (Magnus Greel)
Mid afternoon and not too busy with just a couple of folk inside and a few occupying, including us, the sun trap outside seating. A rather surly welcome from the unbusy barmaid once she'd finished unbusily stacking glasses.

| Otherworld - Medusa | 4.50 | | Smooth chocolate porter - good one to end a session on |
| Drop Project - Flow | 5.20 | | Poured flat, a very amateur brew with no nose, flavour. Good news was I only had a half to suffer |
| Burning Sky - Plateau (was 3.5%) | 3.40 | Not Tried | Still misleadingly showing the 3.5% pumpclip |

| Downlands (formerly South Downs) - Evening Star ESB | 5.80 | | Overpoweringly caramel / butterscotch with scummy broken yeasty head. Ugh. Can't imagine why anyone would brew such |

Late evening visit. A wooden shed in the front "yard" is a weekend burger bar called Trollburger. In addition to the draught I tried, for the first time, a bottled English Trappist Ale, the 7.4% Tynt Meadow - very murky and a classic old ale style.
