| Shepherd Neame - Little Ships | 3.00 | ![]() | Not tried before the Little Ships which was pale in appearance and from the Faversham brewery in Kent. For such low gravity, it certainly was punching above. Presented with very good head and lacing and lasted throughout. A lightly fruited first bite. A fruity bitterness rising up. A dry bitter hoppiness bobbing up and down before sailing off into its sunset. It has been brewed to mark the 85th anniversary of Operation Dynamo, the Dunkirk evacuation, and commemorated on 26th May 2025, when a flotilla of Dunkirk "little ships" sailed from Ramsgate to Dunkirk to mirror the original evacuation route. |
