Evening visit until 10pm close. Apart from meeting up with some old ex works chums overall a disappointment with a reduced beer range, ludicrously early closing time and awful tick off payment voucher cards.

The 40th CAMRA South East Essex Beer & Cider Festival. Located in an excellent roomy building a minute or two from the railway station. Held 20 to 23 November 2018. This year the ale bars were designated as East Anglia, UK and Craft Beer. This year's logo celebrates the first landing on the moon 50 years ago. Earlier closing times and fewer beers than previous years.
