17:00 visit. Not been in here for some time. A proper local run by a good couple. Good crowd in today for the live music, and fellow p&b scribe Pedro in attendance too. This is a current 2013 gbg entry. Has been in the guide 14 times previous in:1976-80/2-8/90/3. This year, CAMRA Maidstone & Mid Kent branch members have rated this pub highly and due to high scores on the beer scoring system, we now see a well deserved, lively Shep's pub in the current gbg.
